The MPD250I product is a InGaAs monitor PIN photodiode (MPD) with opposite P and N electrodes. Designed with a large square photosensitive window ,this product features low capacitance, high responsivity in the 920nm to1650nm wavelength region and low dark current.This product is for monitoring laser backlight current.

4. Other connections;

● The power-off sequence is the reverse of the power-on sequence.
