走査型ファブリ–ペロー干渉計- 800 A     


This high-precision spectrometer is used to examine the fine structure of the spectral properties of CW lasers. The spectrometer is based on a confocal Fabry-Perot (F-P) cavity containing two highly reflective mirrors; by varying the mirror spacing using a piezoelectric transducer, the cavity acts as a very narrow bandpass filter. After measuring the free spectral range of the confocal cavity, the time base of the oscilloscope can be calibrated to facilitate quantitative measurements of the laser line shape. According to the design of the confocal cavity, the mirror spacing d and radius R are the same, making the laser beam easy to align. This series is compatible with Thorlabs Piezo drives.
